Since I've created Deb and Ethan sims 3 versions and that some people could be interested in having her, so I figured that I might as well share it.

While I'm still building for the CAW project I really had to take a break from Mediterranean housing style, so I went back to my first love. And the result is a deserted factory with a creepy story that is still haunted by the ghosts of the previous owner and his victims.
